These terms govern your use of drafttodesign.com and our design services. By requesting a quote or ordering services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

DraftToDesign provides remote design and visualization services only: 2D floor plans, architectural drafting, 3D modeling, photorealistic 3D rendering, interior design concepts, and exterior/landscaping concepts. All work is delivered digitally.

We do not provide building permit submission sets, structural engineering, stamped or sealed drawings, or construction documentation. Our deliverables are design tools for planning, presentation, and contractor bidding, not legal construction documents.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices shown on our website are starting prices. Every project receives a fixed written quote before work begins.
• A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
• The quoted price covers the agreed scope only. Additional views, rooms, or major scope changes are quoted separately.

Revisions

Every project includes two revision rounds at no extra charge. A revision round means a consolidated list of changes submitted at one time. Change requests beyond the included rounds, or changes that alter the project scope, may incur additional fees quoted in advance.

Delivery

Delivery timelines stated on our website or in your quote are estimates based on our current workload. We communicate proactively if a timeline shifts. Delivery times assume you provide required inputs (plans, measurements, reference images) promptly; delays on your side extend the timeline accordingly.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements, plans, and project requirements.
• Confirm that you have the rights to any reference materials you share.
• Review deliverables promptly and submit revision requests as consolidated lists.
• Verify our drawings and designs with your local contractor, engineer, or authority before construction. Our work does not replace professional site verification.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts. For most projects we require a deposit to begin, with the balance due on final delivery. Source files remain our property until the project is paid in full.

Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you receive full rights to use the final deliverables for your project, including presentations, listings, and construction planning. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, and you will be billed for work completed to the cancellation date. If we cannot deliver as agreed, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question. We are not liable for construction costs, delays, or decisions made based on our design deliverables. Always verify designs with qualified local professionals before building.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect when you order applies to your project.
